Promotes Airflow!
The Armor Cooler™ fits between your armor and your body to create air channels all the way down the interior of your vest. Heat rises and escapes out of the top of your body armor as cool air naturally replaces it. There are no moving parts, no batteries needed, no hoses or pumps or anything else to go wrong.
The Armor Cooler™ (v3) uses the same cooling material found in current MIL-SPEC military vests (IOTV’s). If you’ve ever worn body armor and found yourself tugging on the front of your vest to let the hot air out, you’ll immediately fall in love with your Armor Cooler™. The Armor Cooler™ creates about 1/4″ of airspace from the top of your chest down to your midsection to let all that hot air escape and be replaced by cool ambient air. Also, if you point a cold AC vent at your collar, the cold air will go all the way down the interior of your vest!

Invisible Comfort!
Other products involve putting a hose into the top of your collar. With a Vent-A-Vest Armor Cooler™, no one will know you’re wearing it. In fact, it’s so comfortable, you won’t know you’re wearing it either! If you do decide to use a hose-type device, The Armor Cooler™ will supercharge it by making sure the cold air reaches all the way down into the vest and circulates throughout!

While this unit does not currently carry its own MIL number, it is designed to be compatible with the widely deployed MIL-SPEC “Improved Outer Tactical Vest” (IOTV) and practically every model of police ballistic vest.
Adding or removing The Armor Cooler™ is extremely quick and easy. Simply position the cooler on the inside face of your front or back vest panel, with the top edges about even. Then use the included straps to secure it to the hook-and-loop areas of your vest. It’s that easy! It works on hidden vests and external vests too!
