STEP 1)
Insert one of the two included hook-and-loop straps into a top corner hole.
Step 1 – Insert strap.
STEP 2)
Make a loop in the strap and insert the end of the strap into the slot opening.

Attach the second strap in the opposite corner. Note the final orientation of the straps. Determine which side of the hook-and-loop straps should be facing away from you so they will adhere to your vest.
Step 3 – Repeat with the other strap.
Step 4)
Open your vest so you can see the interior face of the front panel of your vest (the part that touches your chest).
Step 4 – Access the interior of your vest front panel.
STEP 5)
Place the Vent-a-Vest Israeli Vest Cooler on the interior face of the front panel. The printed/textured side of the Israeli vest cooler should face you. Align the top of the Vent-A-Vest cooler with the top edge (neckline) of the vest.
Step 5 – Align top edge with neckline and wrap straps to front.
STEP 6)
Wrap the straps around the vest panel to the front of the vest. Affix the straps to the hook-and-loop areas of the vest. Usually, the corners of the vest where the shoulder straps connect to the vest carrier will have hook-and-loop material.

Step 6 – Affix the straps to the hook-and-loop areas on the front of the vest.
STEP 7)
(For maximum comfort, we recommend wearing a thin moisture-wicking undershirt.) While wearing your vest, make adjustments so that the top of the Israeli Vest Cooler is about even with the neckline of your vest. Do not over-tighten your vest or you may experience discomfort or impede the escape of hot air.
Step 7 – Adjust while worn.
Note:
Your Israeli Vest Cooler should be invisible from the front. Adjust to suit your tastes. It is normal to feel hot air escaping the area of your neckline. Directing a cold air vent at your neckline will send cold air down into your vest. If you already use another cooling product (such as one that involves a hose tucked into your neckline) your Vent-a-Vest Israeli Vest Cooler will act as a super-charger, sending the cold air much deeper into the vest than ever before.
